The Nuremberg exhibition centre in the Langwasser district offers 16 halls with around 180,000 m² of covered gross exhibition space and up to 50,000 m² of outdoor area, plus the NürnbergConvention Center (NCC) with room for up to 12,800 participants. Spielwarenmesse, BIOFACH, embedded world, SPS, it-sa, Chillventa, BrauBeviale and FACHPACK are all held here. The halls are grouped around a central park and distances are shorter than on the very largest grounds — a schedule still pays off.
We agree in advance which hall your stand is in, whether partner stands or forum appearances need including, and where we are at which time. That produces a realistic timetable instead of a hurried loop.
A large part of our client base comes to Nuremberg for a single week from the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy, the Gulf, Pakistan and China. Everything on our side runs in English — the quote, the briefing, the direction on the day and the delivery.
You do not need to arrange anything locally. We arrive with our own cameras, lenses and lighting, meet you at the stand, and agree the shot list in about ten minutes. We work around your meeting schedule rather than the other way round. Nuremberg Airport is linked to the city centre by the U2 underground line, and the exhibition centre has its own U1 station (Messe).
Invoicing is handled by a German GmbH with a VAT identification number, so for EU-registered businesses the reverse-charge procedure applies and no German VAT is added. Our own travel and any overnight stay appear as separate, clearly labelled lines in the quote — never hidden in the package price.
Nuremberg is not a short hop from Essen. We plan the journey so that we are at the stand before the doors open — the only reliable window for clean stand shots without visitors in frame; in practice that means arriving the day before. Travel and the overnight stay are stated separately and transparently in the quote; they are not included in the package prices.
On multi-day bookings that weighs far less per day, which is why a full first day plus a shorter follow-up block often makes the most sense in Nuremberg.
The hour before the doors open belongs to the stand: architecture, signage, exhibits, lighting — no visitors in frame and no crates in the background. These are the images for your website, your press pack and next year's stand proposal.
Between roughly 10:00 and 13:00 the footfall peaks. That is when the busy pictures happen: full stands, conversations, demonstrations, people in motion. Late afternoon, once the rush drops off, is the window for team portraits and interviews.
At embedded world, SPS or it-sa, technology, screens and consultations dominate — there, demos and conversation shots are the more valuable material. At Spielwarenmesse, BIOFACH or BrauBeviale, presentation of the merchandise counts: products, packaging, tastings. There we work closer to the product and with more detail shots.
Overviews, architecture, signage and product details — shot before the doors open, while the stand is still tidy.
Real situations instead of staged handshakes: consultations, demos, busy stands, people in motion.
A 60–90 second film per show day, cut for LinkedIn and your website — same evening on request.
Statements from your management or customer voices, recorded with a lavalier mic and lighting in a quiet corner.
Consistent portraits of your stand team against a neutral background — ready for LinkedIn and your website.
A first edited selection during the show day, so your marketing can post while the fair is still running.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.

For shorter assignments a full day usually makes more sense than a three-hour block, since the journey is incurred regardless. Many clients book a full first day and add shorter blocks on following days for interviews and stage programme.
