'We need a video' can mean very different things. In practice it is usually one of four formats, and choosing between them affects effort and price far more than any technical question.
The recap film runs 60 to 90 seconds, is cut per show day and carries atmosphere — fast cuts, music, no voiceover. It is meant to go out while the fair is still on. The aftermovie summarises the whole event in two to four minutes and is published afterwards, often with soundbites.Stage capture documents presentations in full, with two to four cameras and audio from the sound desk. Interviews and statements, finally, are standalone assets that get reused independently of the event — customer testimonials, expert commentary, product explanations.On an exhibition floor, sound is the real problem. Hall acoustics, neighbouring stands running their own audio, public announcements — a camera microphone produces nothing usable in that environment.
So we work with radio mics for anyone speaking and, for stage programmes, take a feed directly from the sound desk. For interviews we find an acoustically quieter corner of the stand and use a portable screen where needed. A video with mediocre picture and good sound is usable; the reverse is not.
Every one of our video packages includes vertical cuts. A landscape film uploaded to LinkedIn or Instagram loses most of its frame in the feed, and with it the attention.
We plan for this while filming — subjects are framed so a 9:16 crop is possible without cutting off heads or products. It costs nothing extra in production and saves a complete re-edit afterwards.

Every package includes photo and video: €990 excluding VAT for two hours, €1,490 for four hours, €1,990 for a full show day including interviews. Multi-camera stage productions are quoted individually.
A recap film can be delivered the same evening when booked accordingly. More involved edits and aftermovies normally take three to five working days including one round of revisions.

Yes. We use licensed music only, so your videos run on every platform without takedowns or blocks.
On request and for an additional fee, with one caveat: raw footage is unsorted and ungraded. For most clients additional edited cuts are the more useful option.
