A freshly polished car under exhibition lighting reflects trusses, spotlights and neighbouring stands. On a phone photo that becomes a restless patchwork in which the line of the car disappears. We photograph vehicles with a polarising filter and from carefully chosen positions, often slightly elevated, and add our own soft light source wherever possible to draw the paint evenly.
For tuning and accessory exhibitors the detail counts: wheels, suspension, interior, carbon parts. These shots are best taken before opening, when bonnets can stay open and nobody is in frame.
The Friday Preview Day is the quietest: trade audience, open stands, clear aisles. That is when the clean vehicle and stand shots happen. The first weekend brings the full halls — the pictures that show your brand draws a crowd. If you want both, book a full day on Preview Day and two to four hours on the Saturday.
For exhibitors with stage programmes, driver signing sessions or vehicle reveals we plan the window around the moment: the reveal on video, the visitors' reactions in photos.
Our office is on Messeallee, right by the grounds. For Essen Motor Show that means no travel costs, short-notice extra sessions during the nine days, and first images often delivered the same afternoon. If your show car is swapped on Tuesday, we are there on Wednesday.

A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.

Fixed prices, defined deliverables, predictable turnaround. All prices exclude VAT and include travel within North Rhine-Westphalia.
Add-on: On-stand interview + extended highlight video (approx. 90 sec.) €190
Payment: 50 % deposit on booking by credit card (Stripe link sent with the quote) or bank transfer, 50 % on the show day. No German VAT for non-EU companies; reverse charge for EU companies with VAT ID.

We arrive with our own equipment, work discreetly around your stand, and never interrupt a conversation or a demo. Shot list agreed in advance.
Edited photos and cut video via a private download link — within 24 hours after the event ends.
From €990 plus VAT for two hours of photo and video on site with at least 30 edited images and a 30-second highlight video. Four hours from €1,490, a full show day from €1,990. No travel costs apply for Messe Essen — our office is on Messeallee.
On Preview Day (Friday 27 November) or in the hour before opening on any show day. For that we need your exhibitor pass or registration as stand staff.
Yes. Our office is five minutes from the entrance. If a car is swapped or a programme item is added, we are usually on the stand the same or the next day.
Yes. We plan the window around the moment, film the reveal and the visitors' reactions and deliver the clip the same day.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
