At PMRExpo manufacturers of radio, broadband and control room technology meet fire services, police, ambulance services, utilities and network operators. The exhibits are rugged terminals, consoles full of screens and vehicles inside the hall; the visitors often wear uniform and value discretion. We photograph and film so both fit together: technology legible, people respected.

A handheld radio is black, matt and small; a control room console is six screens of maps and status displays; a command vehicle fills half a stand. These three exhibit types demand three different approaches, and all three appear on one stand at PMRExpo. Terminals are photographed with our own light and a neutral background so keys, display and connectors are recognisable. Screens are exposed so map displays stay legible — no moiré, no blown-out areas — while the workstation still reads as a room.
Vehicles in the hall need a wide angle without distortion and a moment without visitors; the hour before opening is made for that. Interiors of radio workstations inside the vehicle work with a small light that fills the cabin without reflections in the windows.
Many PMRExpo visitors come from police, fire and ambulance services and operators of critical infrastructure. We photograph conversations only by arrangement with your stand team and show visitors preferably from behind or cropped, so the atmosphere of a busy stand is visible without anyone having to be identifiable. Those who want to be in the picture are asked first. This restraint is part of the job at this show, not an extra.
As video we produce demo sequences — an alert in the control room, a group call, a network handover on the display — and a short interview with product management or the managing director. If someone from your company speaks in the congress programme, we photograph the appearance and film it in full on request.
Tuesday and Wednesday run until 6 pm and bring the most procurement staff and decision-makers from authorities and utilities. We recommend one of these two days: stand, vehicle and terminals before the 9 am opening, then conversations, demos and interviews. Thursday closes at 3.30 pm — good for team portraits in the morning, less good for conversation shots.
Highlight video and first images are delivered on the evening of the shoot day, so your post is live while the show is still running. For the many international exhibitors, briefing and engagement run in English.
Terminals, antennas and network components with our own light and neutral background — keys, display and connectors legible.
Consoles and map displays without moiré or blown-out areas, as a workstation in a room.
Emergency and command vehicles without distortion, exterior before opening and interior with a small light.
Stand, vehicle and exhibits before opening, with no visitors in frame.
Alert, group call and network handover as short sequences, 30-second highlight cut on the show day.
Statements from product management and managing directors with radio mics, delivered with subtitles.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
