NürnbergMesse regulates photography and filming more strictly than many other venues. Under its terms of participation, paid photo and film orders for your stand may only go to service providers approved by the organiser and carrying the corresponding pass. Commercial recording is in principle reserved for the venue's service partner.
If you commission a different provider, a paid special permit is required, and it must be applied for no later than 21 days before the event begins. This explicitly applies to video and film as well. In practice: count three weeks back from your first show day and book us before that. For the application we need the name of the exhibiting company, the show, hall and stand number, the filming days and a contact person on the stand. Individual shows may have different conditions; the special terms of participation of your event apply.
The Messezentrum in the south-east of the city has 16 halls, numbered 1 to 12 plus 3A, 3C, 4A and 7A; Hall 10 and the Frankenhalle have two levels. Three congress centres belong to the site: NCC West, NCC Mitte and NCC Ost in the Frankenhalle. Talks and panels that run there alongside the show can be recorded with several cameras on request, with a short cut for LinkedIn.
Many Nuremberg shows are about the product: toys, organic food, drinks, packaging, electronics. For video that means our own light and small backdrops, so colours, surfaces and packaging are right regardless of the hall lighting. The U1 reaches the Messe stop from the central station in eight minutes; our kit travels in rolling cases, with no delivery or vehicle access needed.
At Spielwarenmesse in February, a clip shows in a few seconds how a toy works, which is exactly what buyers and social media need. At BIOFACH right after it, tastings, packaging and preparation take centre stage, and we film food with light that looks appetising. At BrauBeviale in November, equipment, pouring and toasting belong in the frame.
it-sa in October is about IT security: meetings, talks and screens. SPS in November and embedded world in March show controls, boards and systems at work, FACHPACK in September 2027 packaging machines running in cycle. If your distributors sit in many countries, you get subtitles in English, German, Arabic or Farsi, or an edit that works without any language at all.
On the show day we film stand and products with our own light before opening, demos and conversations from late morning, and interviews in a quieter phase. Recap, clips and photos arrive within 24 hours after the show day ends, with two revision rounds and unlimited usage rights, before your flight home.

Travel from Essen to Nuremberg is quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week. Non-EU companies are invoiced without German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice.
