Spielwarenmesse is the world's largest trade fair for toys: five days on which buyers, retailers and licensing partners from around the world see the year's new products — trade only, no public. We photograph your products true to colour and your packaging legibly, film play scenes on the stand and deliver the material your sales team sends to retailers in the weeks after Nuremberg.

Toys live on colour — and hall lighting distorts it. A red turns orange, a pastel goes grey, wood turns yellow. We work with a grey card and our own light so your products look in the picture as they do on the shelf, and shoot ranges from the same angle so catalogue and online shop look consistent. Small parts — figures, bricks, puzzle pieces — we shoot with a macro setup, focusing on surface, embossing and fit.
At Spielwarenmesse packaging is a product in its own right: it decides at the shelf. We photograph it head-on and in the shelf wall, with legible age marking and licence logo, without reflections on film windows.
A photo shows the product, a video shows the play. We film demonstrations on the stand — hands, motion, mechanism, sound — and cut a 30-second highlight and vertical clips your sales team sends to retailers who were not in Nuremberg. If you have licensed characters, costumes or walking acts on the stand, you get them in motion rather than as a stiff pose.
We record statements from product managers or licensing partners with radio mics; subtitles come in English and German, since buyers travel in from all over the world.
The first three days at Spielwarenmesse are usually packed with buyer appointments; if you want to show conversations and activity, plan Tuesday or Wednesday. For product and packaging shots we use the hour before opening or a slot in your closed showroom when there is time between two customer meetings.
Friday and Saturday are quieter and suit team portraits, interviews and extensive product series. Exhibitors with many new products are better off booking a full day: a series of twenty products in catalogue quality takes time that a two-hour package does not hold.
Grey card and our own light — colours as on the shelf, ranges from the same angle for catalogue and shop.
Head-on and in the shelf wall, age marking and licence logo legible, no reflections on film windows.
Hands, mechanism and sound on the stand, highlight and vertical clips on the show day.
Architecture and lighting before the doors open, with no visitors in frame.
Appointments in the showroom and on the open stand — no flash, no disruption.
Statements from product management and licensing partners with radio mics, delivered with subtitles.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.
