A compressor, a condenser or a heat pump looks like a grey box in a quick stand snapshot. What makes the difference sits in the details: copper and stainless steel lines, fin packs, the controller with its display, the rating plate with capacity data and refrigerant. We photograph exhibits with side light and a controlled white balance so copper does not turn orange and stainless steel does not turn blue, and we keep displays legible instead of letting them burn out.
Many exhibitors show cut-away models or open units in which the circuit becomes visible. For engineers and planners these models are the most important subject on the stand — we shoot them from several angles so your sales team can later walk through the unit part by part.
Refrigeration runs quietly and barely moves; in video, close-ups, transitions and a speaker who explains carry the piece. We film exhibits in calm moves, record short statements from your product managers with radio mics and cut a 30-second highlight plus vertical clips for LinkedIn. Since more than half the visitors come from abroad, we deliver subtitles in English and German.
If you speak at the Chillventa CONGRESS or in an exhibitor forum, you get speaker and audience shots as well — two positions, no flash, so the talk is not disturbed.
Tuesday is the strongest day: full aisles and most of the planner and wholesale conversations. We recommend using the hour before opening for clean stand and product shots, then photographing conversations and interviews. Thursday closes at 5 pm and suits team and detail shots without the crowds.
Because Chillventa only takes place every two years, the material has to last until autumn 2028: for the website, data sheets and your next stand design. We deliver a complete selection rather than a handful of hero shots, so your marketing can draw on it for two years.

Yes. We shoot them from several angles with side light so pipe routing, heat exchangers and controllers remain recognisable. The images can later be labelled individually and used in sales presentations.

Yes. We photograph speaker and audience from two positions without flash and film the session on request. The congress takes place on the Monday before the show, so we plan it as a separate time slot.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
