Messe Frankfurt is sprawling and the distances between halls are long. At shows like Ambiente or Automechanika exhibitors spread across numerous halls and several levels. Photographing here without a schedule wastes a serious share of the booked time simply walking.
So we agree in advance which areas to cover, where your stand (booth) sits, and whether stage programme or partners elsewhere need including. That produces a realistic timetable instead of a hurried loop.
Frankfurt is not a short hop from Essen. We plan the journey so we are at the stand before the doors open — the only reliable window for clean stand shots without visitors in frame.
Travel and, if required, an overnight stay are stated transparently in the quote. On multi-day bookings that weighs far less per day, which is why a full day plus a shorter follow-up block often makes the most sense in Frankfurt.
At Ambiente and similar consumer goods shows, presentation of the merchandise is what counts: products on the shelf, materials, surfaces, colour worlds. There we work closer to the product and with more detail shots than at a classic industrial fair.
At Automechanika or ISH, technology, machinery and consultation dominate. There, conversation shots and demonstrations are the more valuable material — plus team portraits you can reuse throughout the year.

From €990 plus VAT for two hours of photo and video on site with at least 30 edited images and a 30-second highlight video. Four hours from €1,490, full-day coverage from €1,990. Travel and any overnight stay are stated separately and transparently.
For shorter assignments a full day usually makes more sense than a three-hour block, since the journey is incurred regardless. Many clients book a full first day and add shorter blocks on following days for interviews and stage programme.
Yes. If your brand is present in more than one place we plan the routes in advance. For parallel commitments we recommend a second photographer — included in the Premium package.
