For exhibitors at Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City and the big Gulf shows: we photograph and film your stand, your team and your product, and deliver publish-ready photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends. Fixed prices, no surprises. Crew speaks English, Arabic, German and Persian.
Dubai is the exhibition hub of the Middle East: Dubai World Trade Centre alone hosts more than 300 events a year, from Gulfood, GITEX Global and Arab Health to Big 5 Global, Beautyworld Middle East and World Vape Show, with Expo City, ADNEC in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh Front and DEC in Doha a short flight away. Exhibitors come from every continent for one week, spend heavily on the stand, and leave with a phone full of snapshots.
Pixer covers exactly that week. We know the halls, the lighting and the pace of a Gulf show, and we run the same system we use at Germany's largest fairs: a fixed shot list for stand, team, product and visitors, clean footage uploaded during the day, and a remote editing team that cuts while you are still on the floor. That is how the 24-hour promise works even four thousand kilometres from our Essen office.
We plan Gulf trips around show weeks. If you exhibit at a major show, chances are we are already there or on our way. Travel and accommodation are quoted once per trip and shared between bookings in the same week, so a single exhibitor never pays for the whole journey. Everything runs in English or Arabic if you prefer: quote, briefing, direction on the stand and delivery.
Wide shots, architecture, signage and product detail, captured before the doors open while the stand is still clean.
Real conversations, demos and busy aisles instead of staged handshakes. Discreet, no interruption of a meeting that is going well.
A 30–90 second film per show day, cut for LinkedIn, Instagram and your website. Vertical 9:16 versions included.
Statements from your leadership, distributors or customers, recorded with radio mics, subtitled in English and Arabic.
Product launches, hospitality evenings, DJ and stage moments around the show. Same crew, same delivery promise.
Edited photos and the finished video within 24 hours after the event ends, via a private download link. Two revision rounds included.
A post with your stand while the show is running gets seen, shared and answered. The same post a week later is an archive. That is why every Pixer package includes delivery within 24 hours, and why we cut remotely while the shooter is still on your stand.

Shot at World Vape Show: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn, and native 9:16 clips for Reels, TikTok and Stories, produced in parallel with the main coverage.
