embedded world is the world's leading meeting place for the embedded community and takes place for the 25th time in 2027: in 2026 more than 1,200 exhibitors and over 36,000 visitors filled seven halls. The typical exhibit is a board, a module or a display — photographically small, technically decisive. We show it large and sharp enough for developers to see components and interfaces, and film your demos and conference sessions.

A single-board computer measures a few centimetres, a radio module fits on a fingernail. None of that is visible in a stand photo. We work with a portable macro rig right on the stand — our own light, neutral background, shallow depth — and photograph boards so that components, connectors, labelling and heat sinks are recognisable. A product family is shot from the same angle so data sheet and website match.
Displays are a chapter of their own: they flicker, show moiré and burn out. We match the shutter speed to the refresh rate and expose panel and surroundings separately so content stays legible — in the electronic displays area just as with HMIs on your board.
What software and firmware achieve shows in the running demo: a vision system recognising objects, a board responding in real time, a dashboard with telemetry. We film screen, hardware and hands as short clips, record your developer's explanation with a radio mic and cut a 30-second highlight plus vertical clips for LinkedIn — with subtitles in English and German, since the community is international.
If you speak at the embedded world Conference or in an exhibitor forum, you get speaker and audience shots from two positions without flash; we film the talk on request.
The first two days are the strongest — dense aisles until 6 pm, most of the developer conversations and appointments with distributors. We recommend a four-hour or full-day package on Tuesday or Wednesday: board and stand shots before opening, then demos, conversations and a conference slot.
Thursday closes at 5 pm and is quieter; it suits team portraits, interviews and the extensive macro series without time pressure. First images and the highlight video are ready on the evening of the shoot day.
Portable macro rig with our own light — components, connectors and labelling recognisable.
Shutter speed matched, panel and surroundings exposed separately — content legible, no moiré.
Vision, real time and telemetry as short clips, developer with radio mic, highlight on the show day.
Architecture and lighting before the doors open, with no visitors in frame.
Speaker and audience from two positions without flash, recording on request.
Statements from developers, management and distribution partners, delivered with subtitles.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.
