Future Battery Forum is a conference with an exhibition: around 1,000 decision-makers from the battery value chain, over 90 speakers and some 100 exhibitors across two days at the Estrel Congress Center. We photograph and film your stand, your talk and your conversations so two conference days become material for website, LinkedIn and investor decks.

The Future Battery Forum exhibition takes place in congress rooms, not an exhibition hall: warm light, carpet, compact stands. The exhibits are small and technical — pouch cells, cylindrical cells, modules, cooling plates, test rigs, electrode samples. We photograph them with our own light and a neutral background right on the stand, so surfaces, contacts and labels are recognisable and the images match in data sheets and investor decks.
If you show software, consulting or plant planning rather than hardware, you need pictures of people: your team in conversation with cell manufacturers and OEMs, your stand among the industry. We photograph these situations without flash and without interruption so they stay real.
The forum is first of all a conference. If your CTO gives a keynote or your managing director sits on a panel, we photograph stage and audience from several positions and film the contribution in full with audio from the room's mixing desk on request. You receive the recording for your website and short vertical quotes for LinkedIn — the material that backs up thought leadership.
The breaks are the real reason for the trip to Berlin. We photograph networking and conversations in the exhibition documentary-style and record short statements from partners and customers with radio mics — in English, the language of this conference, delivered with subtitles.
With two conference days, the opening keynotes, most participants and the evening programme fall on day one. We recommend a four-hour package on Tuesday, aligned with your stage slot: the half hour before the start for stand and exhibit shots without participants, then talk, conversations and interviews. If you need both days, book Wednesday as a shorter session.
The highlight video and a first selection of images are ready in the evening — your post appears while participants are still in Berlin.
Pouch and cylindrical cells, modules and cooling plates with our own light and a neutral background on the stand.
Test rigs and electrode samples photographed so contacts and labels are legible.
Stage and audience from several positions, filmed in full with room audio on request.
Your stand in the exhibition before the start, with no participants in frame.
Conversations with cell manufacturers, OEMs and investors during the breaks — no flash, no interruption.
Statements from partners, customers and your team with radio mics — in English, with subtitles.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.

Yes. A conference produces stage appearances, panels and conversations with decision-makers that no large show concentrates like this. This is exactly the material most companies lack for website, LinkedIn and investor conversations.
