At ProWein your product sits in glass bottles among some 5,000 other stands. We photograph bottles, labels and tastings so they work in the trade, in the press and on Instagram — and film your stand while it is busy.

A wine bottle combines three difficult surfaces: dark reflective glass, a paper or foil label and often a glossy capsule. Under hall lighting the ceiling spots reflect in the bottle, the label falls into shadow and the vintage is no longer readable in the photo.
So we light bottles with our own soft side light, a polarising filter against reflections, and from a position where label and capsule are evenly lit. For product ranges we set up a small, repeatable rig on the stand — ten bottles in 20 minutes, all matching, ready for your online shop and price list.
The image shared most from ProWein is not the bottle but the moment: wine being poured, hands on the glass, a conversation between winemaker and buyer. We photograph these situations wide open and without flash, so the atmosphere of the stand is kept and nobody is disturbed.
For video we recommend short vertical clips: pouring in slow motion, a statement from the winemaker, the busy stand — 15 to 30 seconds, subtitled, online the same day.
ProWein opens on Sunday and closes on Tuesday. For clean product and stand shots without visitors we recommend the hour before opening on Sunday or Monday; for busy stands and conversations, Monday from 11 a.m., when buyer traffic is densest.
A full day covers both: product shots before opening, tastings and interviews afterwards. If you only need a short presence, book two or four hours at peak time.
Repeatable lighting rig on the stand — glass without reflections, label and vintage readable.
Pouring, hands on the glass, conversation — wide open and without flash.
Vertical clips of 15–30 seconds with subtitles, online the same day.
Architecture and lighting before the doors open, with no visitors in frame.
Consultations with buyers, sommeliers and importers from Germany and abroad.
Short statements with radio mics — intelligible in hall noise, delivered with subtitles.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
