The typical COMPAMED exhibit is small, precise and made of materials that are hard to photograph: polished stainless steel, clear plastic, silicone, circuit boards. Under the hall lighting of halls 8a and 8b these parts turn flat and colourless. We work with a portable macro rig right on the stand — our own light, neutral background, polarising filter — and photograph product ranges so the images match and work in data sheets and online catalogues.
For contract manufacturers who show capabilities rather than products, the focus is on process and people: sample parts, material samples, certificates and the team your customers will later have on the phone.
While COMPAMED runs, MEDICA fills the neighbouring halls with more than 5,000 exhibitors. Your customers are in Düsseldorf this week — heads of development and buyers actively looking for suppliers. Monday and Tuesday are the strongest days for technical conversations; for clean product and stand shots we use the hour before opening.
A four-hour package on Monday or Tuesday covers both. If you have customer meetings with decision-makers on the stand, plan them in for interviews and team shots — short statements about the collaboration are the most credible sales material a supplier show produces.
Almost half of COMPAMED exhibitors travel in from abroad. Briefing, engagement and interviews run in English; we invoice as a German GmbH with VAT ID, without German VAT for companies outside the EU. You fly home with finished material instead of waiting weeks for a local agency.

Yes. We bring a portable macro rig with our own light and a neutral background to the stand. A full product range comes out as matching shots in about 20 minutes.
Monday or Tuesday: the most technical conversations, and the hour before opening for clean stand and product shots. Wednesday and Thursday suit team and interview sessions.
Yes. MEDICA and COMPAMED share the same grounds. Exhibitors with stands at both shows are covered on the same day without surcharge.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
