Many of our clients organise events in Germany without a local team: a customer dinner during a trade fair week, a dealer meeting in Düsseldorf, a product launch in Berlin or a conference in Munich. They need someone on the ground who understands the brief in English, turns up on time, knows how German venues work and sends the images while the event is still fresh.
That is what we do. Before the event we agree a short shot list with you: the welcome and keynote, management and guests of honour, group photos, sponsors, the venue and the details, networking, and the moment that matters most, whether that is an award, a product reveal or a signing. During the event we work in the background, without flash during speeches and without walking through the audience.

Instead of booking a photographer and a separate video company and coordinating two teams on the night, you get both from us. With the Event Team package a photographer and a videographer work in parallel and deliver together: edited photos, a short highlight video, an event film of about 90 seconds and vertical clips for Reels and Stories.

Our office is in Essen. Events in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Essen, Dortmund and the rest of North Rhine-Westphalia are covered without travel costs. For Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Leipzig and other cities, either our own crew travels or we work with experienced local photographers and videographers. Planning, editing and delivery always run through our team in Essen, so the style and quality stay the same.
Companies from outside the EU are invoiced without German VAT. EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge rule.
