Heimtextil opens the trade fair year: around 3,000 exhibitors show decorative and upholstery fabrics, bedding, wallpaper and rugs for retail and contract, and 48,000 buyers from 133 countries come. Textile is colour and texture — both get lost in hall light. We photograph your collection so the shade is right and the weave stays visible, and film your stand while the buyers are standing on it.

A velvet in petrol, a linen in natural white, a jacquard with metallic thread: what sells a fabric is the exact shade and the way light sits on the surface. Under the mixed light of the Frankfurt halls colours shift towards yellow and weave structures disappear. We work with our own colour-neutral light and a grey card on every stand, so your collection pictures match the sample cards buyers will later have on their desks. Texture we show with raking light in close-up — pile, weave, embossing.
For bedding and sleep systems there is staging on top: made beds, cushions, throws. We photograph your displays as the stand is built and add detail shots of seams, embroidery and labels for catalogue and online shop.
Fabric moves. A short clip in which a curtain falls, a throw is unfolded or a hand runs across velvet shows a feel no photograph can convey. We film such sequences at high frame rate for slow motion and cut vertical clips for Instagram and LinkedIn — on the show day. Added to that are shots of your team talking to buyers, sample cards on the table, the busy stand.
For exhibitors from abroad — the majority at Heimtextil — everything runs in English, with invoices without German VAT for companies outside the EU.
Tuesday and Wednesday are the strongest ordering days; Friday is much quieter. For collection shots with our own light we need the stand without visitors, so we start an hour before opening. A four-hour package on Tuesday or Wednesday covers collection, stand and one interview; if you show many fabric qualities, book a full day. Images and highlight video are delivered in the evening so they can go out during the fair to customers who did not travel to Frankfurt.

Falling curtain, hand across velvet — slow motion and vertical clips for Instagram and LinkedIn, the same day.

A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
