PSI is the leading European trade fair for the promotional products industry and in 2027, after six decades in Düsseldorf, moves to Koelnmesse for the first time: halls 7 and 8, more than 600 expected exhibitors and over 10,000 trade visitors. For every exhibitor that means a new stand, a new hall and no usable photos from last year. We photograph ranges in series, finishing in motion and the stand nobody has seen yet.

A promotional products stand rarely shows one product but dozens: pens in twelve colours, bottles in three sizes, textiles in a wall of colour swatches, plus lanyards, power banks and sweets. Breaking this variety into individual images that match is the real task. We set up a portable table rig with our own light and a neutral background right on the stand and photograph product ranges in series — same perspective, same light, same colour matching, so the images sit side by side in catalogue, online shop and sales presentation.
Finishing decides the purchase: engraving, embossing, embroidery, doming, photo print. We photograph these details at macro distance with raking light so depth and edge are visible, and film machines finishing live on the stand — the seconds in which a logo appears are the best clip of this show.
With the move to Cologne every exhibitor stands on a stand that has never existed in this form. Last year material — Düsseldorf halls, old stand architecture — is out of date. We photograph your Cologne stand in the hour before opening: architecture, product presentation, boulevard perspective, logo. Plus team portraits in consistent light and statements from your management with radio mics, in German or English, subtitled for LinkedIn.
A large share of exhibitors come from abroad. Briefing and engagement run in English; we invoice with VAT ID, without German VAT for companies outside the EU.
Tuesday is opening day and the best for range shots: stock is complete, nothing has run out, the aisles are empty before opening. Then come consultations, finishing demos and interviews. A four-hour package on Tuesday covers range and stand; if you have a large product palette, book the full day. Highlight video and first images are delivered on Tuesday evening so distributors arriving on Thursday have already seen your novelties.

Tuesday: complete stock, empty aisles before opening and the most trade conversations afterwards. Wednesday and Thursday suit interviews and late visitors.
