Fiera Roma lies on Via Portuense between the city and Fiumicino airport. Its nine pillar-free pavilions are joined by a raised walkway, and the FL1 regional line stops at its own station, Fiera di Roma. From Fiumicino the crew is on site in about ten minutes by taxi, so a morning flight still reaches a set-up day. Most of the city's trade fairs run here: EdilexpoRoma, Codeway Expo, MotoDays, Roma International Estetica and NSE New Space Economy among them.
La Nuvola, the Roma Convention Center designed by Massimiliano Fuksas, stands in the EUR district in the south of Rome, reachable on Metro line B and about half an hour by car from Fiumicino. Exhibition space sits inside a glass and steel shell around the suspended auditorium. In 2027 it hosts GITEX AI Mediterranean Italy, FORUM PA, B-CAD Roma and Roma Bar Show, shows where conference and exhibition run side by side.
The two venues are about 20 minutes apart by car, so one crew can cover shows at both in the same week.
You send the show, pavilion and stand number and the days you need. Within 24 hours you receive a fixed package price and one travel figure for flights and hotel. If other exhibitors book the same week, the travel line is shared between them.
Invoices are in euro from a German GmbH. Italian and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice, companies outside the EU pay no German VAT. Payment is by invoice or online by credit card, the details are in the quote.
Our working languages are English, German, Arabic and Persian. Briefing, direction and delivery run in English; subtitles in Italian are possible on request.

Packages start at €990 for two hours on site with at least 30 edited images and a 30-second video. Four hours is €1,490, a full show day €1,990, a two-person crew €2,990 per show day, plus a travel line for the trip that is shared between exhibitors of the same week.
Italian and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice without German VAT. Companies outside the EU are invoiced without German VAT as well.
The photographer uploads during the day and our editing team in Germany works in parallel. Edited photos and the cut video arrive via a private download link within 24 hours after the coverage ends.

Yes. Receptions, dinners and launches in Rome around a show are covered by the same crew with the same 24-hour delivery.
