eltec has been the trade fair for electrical and energy technology in Nuremberg since 1979 and takes place every two years: around 200 exhibitors meet electrical contractors, wholesalers, industry, architects and lighting designers from Bavaria and southern Germany over three days. We photograph luminaires, switchgear and building technology so that master electricians recognise the products — and deliver material that lasts until the next eltec in 2029.

Luminaires are the hardest exhibit at an electrical show: the light source burns out in the picture while housing and surroundings stay dark. We expose luminaire and surroundings separately, keep colour temperature and beam characteristics visible and photograph lighting scenes the way a lighting designer wants to see them — with effect in the room, not as a white blob.
Installation technology is the opposite: distribution boards, switch ranges, terminals and cable ducts are unremarkable and kept in white or grey. With side light and shallow depth, connections, labelling and workmanship become recognisable — the images your sales team sends to master electricians and wholesalers.
eltec lives on practice: tools in use, test instruments on the specimen, charging infrastructure and storage in operation, building automation on the demo panel. We film these demonstrations in close-up — hands, device, result — and record your field sales rep's explanation with a radio mic. The outcome is a 30-second highlight your sales team shows to customers who were not in Nuremberg.
At a regional trade fair faces count: your field sales talking to the master electrician from the neighbourhood is more credible than any rendering. We photograph such pictures without flash and from a respectful distance.
eltec opens daily from 9 am to 5 pm — shorter days than at the big Nuremberg shows. Tuesday as opening day brings the most technical conversations; we recommend the hour before opening for luminaire and stand shots without visitors, then conversations, demonstrations and interviews. A four-hour package covers most of a compact show day.
Wednesday and Thursday are quieter and suit team portraits and product series. Because eltec only takes place every two years, we deliver a complete selection — your marketing has to draw on it until 2029.

We expose luminaire and surroundings separately and combine the exposures in post-production. Colour temperature, beam and effect in the room remain visible.
On a show day open from 9 am to 5 pm it covers the hour before opening and the morning. If you run demonstrations all day, the full show day is the better choice.

Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
