After a conference three groups ask for images. Speakers want a good photo of themselves on stage for their own profiles. Sponsors want to see that their logo and their stand (booth) were visible. And your marketing team needs images that show a full room and real discussion, for the recap and next year's ticket sales.
We build the shot list around that: every speaker in at least one wide shot with the slide and one tight shot with gesture, panels as a group and in conversation, the audience from the front with reactions, sponsor areas, registration, coffee breaks and networking. On request we photograph speaker portraits against a calm background during a break.
Send us the programme with times and rooms so nobody is missed. For parallel breakout sessions we recommend the Event Team package or a second photographer.
For keynotes and panels we work with two to four cameras: a wide shot of the stage, a close camera on the speaker and, for panels, another angle on the discussion. Audio comes straight from the mixing desk. If you send us the slides, we cut them into the recording.
Each talk is delivered as its own file, with subtitles in English, German, Arabic or Persian on request. From the same footage we cut short speaker clips for LinkedIn. More on the technical side in our guide to multi-camera conference recording.
If your conference takes place in Germany but your team is based abroad, we are your crew on site: briefing and communication in English, a contact person who knows the venue routine, invoices without German VAT for companies outside the EU, and delivery while your team is still travelling home.
