A large heat pump, a heat exchanger or a grid node is, on the stand, a big and often painted metal enclosure. It becomes photographically interesting where the technology is visible: opened panels, pipework, controls, displays. We plan with you in advance which covers can be opened for the shot, photograph those details before opening with side lighting, and put the complete system in context — size, connections, installation situation.
For providers of software, planning and services who show no hardware, the focus shifts to screens, diagrams and the conversations with utilities. We photograph maps and charts so they stay legible without reflections.
HEATEXPO has a dense congress programme in which municipalities and utilities present their heat plans. Whoever speaks here reaches decision-makers directly. We photograph speaker and audience, film the session in full with desk audio on request, and cut short subtitled excerpts for LinkedIn — where utilities and planners do their research.
Tuesday and Wednesday are the stronger days. A four-hour package on Tuesday covers technology and stand shots before opening, conversations and a statement. For exhibitors with a congress slot we recommend the full day so the talk and the stand are covered on the same day.

We plan in advance which panels can be opened and photograph the visible technology with side lighting: pipework, controls, connections. The complete system is shown in the context of size and installation situation.
