FACHPACK has been the meeting place of the packaging industry and its users in Europe for more than 40 years: three days for packaging materials, packaging machines, finishing, print and logistics — in 2027 under the theme Transition in Packaging. We photograph machines in motion, materials without reflections and print true to colour, so buyers and packaging developers can see what you can do.

Packaging is made to be touched — and hard to photograph. Films and pouches reflect the hall ceiling, corrugated board loses its texture under flat light, a printed image looks different in the hall than at the press check. We work with a polarising filter, directed side light and a grey card so material surfaces stay visible and print colours are right. Samples are shot as a series from the same angle so your sales team can place them side by side in presentation and catalogue.
For exhibitors with alternative materials — paper instead of plastic, mono-material, reusable — the detail counts: feel, closure, fold. Such close-ups show what the data sheet only claims.
A packaging machine stands still in a photo. Your argument, though, is the cycle: how fast it forms, fills, seals, labels, palletises. We film sequences at high frame rate and in real time, add close-ups of format parts, operator panel and transfers and cut a 30-second highlight plus vertical clips — with subtitles in English and German for European customers.
If you speak in the PACKBOX forum or the INNOVATIONBOX, give us the time: speaker and audience shots from two positions without flash are included, the recording on request.
The first two days are the strongest — open until 6 pm, dense aisles, most of the appointments with buyers. We recommend using the hour before opening for machine and stand shots, when the line runs without an audience, and then photographing conversations, demos and interviews during the show.
Thursday closes at 5 pm and is quieter; it suits team portraits and material series without time pressure. First images and the highlight video are ready on the evening of the shoot day — your post goes live while FACHPACK is still running.
Polarising filter, side light and grey card — film without reflections, board with texture, print colours as at the press check.
Forming, filling, sealing and labelling at high frame rate and in real time, close-ups of format parts.
30-second highlight and vertical clips, with subtitles, cut on the show day.
Architecture and lighting before the doors open, with no visitors in frame.
Consultations with packaging developers and production managers at the exhibit — no flash.
Statements from product management and customers with radio mics, even next to a running machine.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.
