From Frankfurt Airport it is a short S-Bahn ride to the fairground, and many exhibitors arrive exactly that way. We film your stand (booth) at Messe Frankfurt, record interviews in four languages, subtitle for your markets and deliver the recap and 9:16 clips within 24 hours, before your team flies home.

Messe Frankfurt sits in the west of the city, one S-Bahn stop from the Hauptbahnhof. The S-Bahn station Messe and the U-Bahn stop Festhalle/Messe are at the grounds, and Frankfurt Airport is a short S-Bahn ride away. The halls are numbered up to 12 and have several levels, linked by the Via Mobile moving walkways. The historic Festhalle and the Forum stand at the City entrance.
For video that means one thing above all: long distances. Moving tripod, lights and gimbal from one hall to another takes time, and that time belongs in the shooting plan. We clarify in advance whether a partner stand, a stage or an appointment in another hall is part of your day and fix the order. Hall light is artificial; interviews with daylight are recorded in the glass Galleria.
Many exhibitors in Frankfurt come from Asia, the Middle East, the US or other parts of Europe, and their trade fair video has to run in several markets. We plan for that on the day: interviews in English, German, Arabic or Persian, subtitles in those languages, and a version of the recap without any spoken language that works for distributors everywhere. On-screen text stays short, so it is quick to translate.
Non-EU companies are invoiced without German VAT, EU companies with a VAT ID under reverse charge. The footage is with you within 24 hours after the show day ends, first clips usually the same evening, so your head office can post while you are still on the stand.
The Frankfurter Buchmesse in October lives from readings, signings and conversations with authors; interviews and stage moments are the material here. At Formnext in November printers run during the show, and video shows the process that a photo only hints at. Fi Europe at the same time shows ingredients that look alike, so the interview explains the difference.
In January and February come Heimtextil and Ambiente with Christmasworld and Creativeworld. Colour, texture and product presentation matter here, filmed with slow moves and colour-accurate light. ISH in March 2027 takes place every two years, ACHEMA in June 2027 every three years. Footage from these shows has to last until the next edition, which is an argument for Full Day with the 90-second film.
At EUROBIKE in early July 2027 we film bikes in motion, at IMEX in May an industry that runs events itself and knows good event video when it sees it. CPhI Worldwide in November 2027 and Automechanika in September 2028 bring international teams whose working language is English.
In every package, on request as a version without spoken language for distributors worldwide.
Interviews in English, German, Arabic or Persian, subtitled in those languages.
Daylight and less noise, with lavalier microphone and our own light.
Clips for Reels, Shorts and TikTok that your head office posts while the show is running.
Stand, partner stand and stage in a fixed order instead of a race across the grounds.
For shows such as ISH or ACHEMA, whose footage has to last until the next edition.
A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.
