The typical ACHEMA exhibit is a pump, an agitator, a heat exchanger or a complete laboratory system — brushed or polished stainless steel, borosilicate glass, fittings, sensors. Under diffuse hall light stainless steel becomes a grey surface without contour. We use directional light and a polarising filter so edges, weld seams and surface finish become visible — the features process engineers read quality from. Glass apparatus we photograph against a dark background so walls and contents stay defined.
For large systems and cutaway models there is the overview as well: the exhibit with a person in front as a scale, in the empty aisle before opening. Detail series of components are delivered consistently for data sheet and product page.
Systems run at ACHEMA: pumps deliver, filling lines cycle, screens show process data. A short video of a running system tells a buyer in Singapore or Houston more than a dozen photos. We film demonstrations from several positions and cut a 30-second highlight plus vertical clips with subtitles, in English. If your engineers present in the congress programme, we photograph speaker and audience and film the lecture in full on request with audio from the room mixer.
Since almost two thirds of exhibitors come from abroad, briefing, interviews and engagement run in English; we invoice without German VAT for companies outside the EU.
Monday to Wednesday are the strongest days for technical conversations and appointments; Friday is much quieter and suits team and interview sessions. For clean exhibit and stand shots we use the hour before opening. Because the next ACHEMA is not until 2030, we recommend a full show day on Monday or Tuesday: exhibit series before opening, then stand life, running systems, customers and interviews. The material carries your website, overseas show appearances and sales documents until the next edition.
