At two days, dmexco is the most compact of the major NRW shows. Whatever you do not capture on day one is hard to recover on day two, because the stage programme runs in parallel and your people are in back-to-back meetings.
So for dmexco we fix the shot list unusually tightly. Concretely: half an hour before opening for stand photography, then a block across the middle of the day for atmosphere and conversations, plus fixed slots for your team's stage appearances — based on the official conference schedule, which we need from you in advance.
If someone from your team speaks on a dmexco stage, that is the most valuable content of the entire show. A good photograph from the talk plus a 30-second subtitled clip regularly generates more LinkedIn reach than the whole stand.
We photograph stage appearances from several positions — wide with the set and audience, medium with the presentation visible, and tight frames usable as portraits. A second camera records video in parallel, from which we cut short vertical excerpts.
Important: we need your stage times at least a week in advance so the slots can be locked in.

Invoicing comes from a German GmbH with a VAT ID, so EU-registered businesses are billed under reverse charge with no German VAT added.
