WETEX is a government-anchored show, and that shapes the day. Official openings, ministerial walkthroughs and delegation tours move through the halls on a schedule, exhibitors sign agreements in front of their stands, and the World Green Economy Summit brings speakers and press into the same building on days two and three. For a supplier of solar, water or grid technology, the photo with the right visitor at the right moment is often the most valuable image of the show.
We plan to be on site for WETEX 2026. The crew works around protocol: no flash in the face of a delegation, no blocking the route, and the photo is in your hands before the visitors have left the hall.
Before opening on day one we photograph the stand clean: architecture, models, panels, interactive screens and the product on display. National pavilions often want the whole pavilion as one image plus each co-exhibitor separately, which we schedule in the same morning.
During show hours the priorities are official visits, signings and conversations. We arrive at a planned signing five minutes early, hold two angles and deliver a selected photo within the hour if your team needs it. Between scheduled moments we photograph demonstrations and your team at work, and record short interviews in English or Arabic.
Summit days and evening. If one of your people speaks at the World Green Economy Summit, we photograph and film from the audience where organiser rules allow. First selects and the day clip arrive the same evening, the full set and recap film within 24 hours, edited in Germany while Dubai sleeps.
Nothing needs to be organised locally on your side. Stand number by e-mail or WhatsApp, fixed quote within 24 hours, written confirmation. Invoices are in euro from a German GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew flights and accommodation are quoted once per Gulf trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in the same show week; book two or all three days of WETEX and the travel share becomes a small part of the total. Four to six weeks ahead is the comfortable lead time; a later request works if we are already in the region.
