GISEC Global is the cybersecurity show of the region, with government cyber agencies, security vendors and a large channel community, and it is held at Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City. The conference programme runs alongside the exhibition, and many vendors run their own briefings, demos and capture-the-flag style sessions on the stand.
Cybersecurity stands are dark, screen-heavy and full of dashboards, which makes them hard to photograph well: exposure has to handle bright LED walls and faces in low light at the same time, and screens often show data that should not be published. We agree before the show what can be on screen, check every image for that, and deliver clean versions. We plan to be on site for GISEC Global 2027.
Before opening. The stand without visitors: LED walls and screens at matched shutter speeds, demo pods, branding and lighting design, with dummy content on screens where needed.
Show hours. Live demos with visitors, briefings for partners, stage talks on your stand, VIP visits and signings. Short interviews with your regional director or security researchers, in English or Arabic.
Conference sessions. Your speakers on the GISEC stages where organiser rules allow, with selected photos within the hour.
Evening. First selects the same evening; the full set and recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends, checked for sensitive screen content before delivery.
GISEC exhibitors fly in from Europe, the US, India, Pakistan and across the Gulf, and booking runs remotely: hall and stand number, demo schedule and speaking slots by e-mail or WhatsApp, a fixed quote within 24 hours. Invoices are in euro from Pixer GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover that week; Arabian Travel Market runs at DWTC from 3 to 6 May, so we plan the week across both venues. Book four to six weeks ahead.
