Airport Show has a different rhythm from a consumer fair. Stands are visited by scheduled delegations, agreements are signed in front of a backdrop, and the conference next door produces speakers who then walk the floor. Exhibitors want two kinds of material: the polished stand and product set for the website, and the fast photo of the handshake that goes to LinkedIn and the trade press the same afternoon.
We plan to be on site in October 2026 and cover both. A signing photo that reaches your communications team within the hour is worth more than a perfect one after the news cycle.
Day one before opening. The stand as architecture and the equipment without people in front of it: screening lanes, baggage systems, ground support vehicles, control-room screens. We match shutter speed to screen refresh rate to avoid banding and keep dashboards readable.
Show hours, all three days. Delegation visits and guided tours, demonstrations, technical conversations at the equipment, and the signing moments. For a planned signing, send the time and the names; we are in position five minutes early with a second angle for video. We also record short interviews with your executives and partners, in English or Arabic.
Conference and evening. If one of your people speaks at the Global Airport Leaders Forum, we photograph and film from the audience where organiser rules allow. First selects and the day clip arrive the same evening, the full edit within 24 hours after coverage ends.
Exhibitors typically book from head offices in Europe, North America or Asia: stand number by e-mail or WhatsApp, a fixed quote within 24 hours, confirmation in writing. Invoices are issued in euro by a German GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking, 50 percent on the show day.
Crew flights and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in the same show week, so your travel line is a share, not the whole journey, and a two- or three-day booking spreads it further. Plan four to six weeks ahead; later requests work when we are already in the Gulf for another show.
