The World Future Energy Summit is held in Abu Dhabi in the second week of January and is the exhibition part of a week in which the capital hosts a large number of sustainability meetings. For exhibitors that means an early start: day one opens at 07:30, delegations tour the halls from the first hour, and the moments that matter most, a minister at your stand or a signed agreement, often happen before lunch.
Stands at WFES combine hardware, such as panels, electrolysers, storage units and water technology, with large screens and scale models. The content that works afterwards is a mix of clean product images, people in conversation and proof of visits. We plan to be on site for the 2027 edition, in the same week as Intersec in Dubai.
Early morning, day one. Because the halls open at 07:30, we shoot the empty stand the evening before or at first access: models, hardware, screens at matched shutter speed, logo walls.
Delegation hours. VIP and ministerial visits are announced at short notice. One crew member stays close to your stand manager so we are in position when the delegation arrives, with a second angle for signings.
Conference and stand sessions. Your speakers on the summit stages where organiser rules allow, and panels or product briefings on your own stand. Short interviews in English or Arabic for LinkedIn and your press page.
Evening. Selected signing and visit photos within the hour on request, first selects the same evening, the full set and recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends.
WFES exhibitors come from Europe, China, India, the US and across the Gulf, and our booking runs remotely: hall, stand number and a rough schedule by e-mail or WhatsApp, a fixed quote within 24 hours. Invoices are in euro from Pixer GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in the same week, which in January 2027 includes Intersec at DWTC. Please book four to six weeks ahead, so we can plan flights, hotel and the split between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
