Big 5 Saudi is the Saudi edition of the Big 5 construction family, whose flagship Big 5 Global takes place in Dubai in November. With the building programme in the Kingdom, the Riyadh show has grown, and the organiser now plans two Saudi editions in 2027, in May and in September. This page covers the May edition at Riyadh Front.
Construction stands are about materials and scale: facade samples, flooring and tiles, sanitary ware, pipes and fittings, tools and machinery. Buyers want to see surfaces close up and installations in context, and your sales team needs proof of meetings with contractors and developers. We plan to be on site in Riyadh for Big 5 Saudi 2027.
Before opening. Materials and samples in clean light: textures, finishes, colour ranges, cut sections, product walls and machinery, from the aisle and in detail.
Show hours. Live demos of tools and installation systems, visitors handling samples, meetings with contractors and procurement teams, signings. Short interviews with your country manager or technical staff, in English or Arabic.
Stand overview. Wide shots at peak traffic and a walk-through clip for your recap film and distributor presentations.
Evening. First selects the same evening; the full edited set and recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends.
Big 5 Saudi exhibitors come from China, Turkey, Italy, Spain, India, Europe and the Gulf, and booking runs remotely: hall and stand number, the products to feature and the hours you need, a fixed quote within 24 hours. Invoices are in euro from Pixer GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in the show week in Riyadh. Book four to six weeks ahead, so we can plan flights and hotels near Riyadh Front and combine bookings from several exhibitors.
