Gulf Print & Pack is the regional meeting point for the printing and packaging supply chain. For a European or Asian press manufacturer it is often the one show of the year where GCC and African buyers see a machine running in person, so exhibitors ship equipment rather than brochures. A stand with live production is full of movement, and movement makes a good recap film.
We plan to be on site for the 2026 edition. If your stand runs a press or a converting line, send us the demo schedule so the crew is in position when the machine starts.
Day one, before the doors open. Clean stand architecture, signage, the machines without a crowd, and detail shots of sheets, labels and cartons on the display tables. These images exist for about forty minutes each morning.
Days one to three, during show hours. Demonstrations with visitors watching, the operator at the control panel, substrates coming off the line, a buyer holding a sample against the light. We photograph your team at work and record short interviews with sales staff and distributors, in English or Arabic.
Evening. The shooter uploads during the day, the editing team in Germany cuts while the show is still open, and the first photos and the day-one clip arrive the same evening. Fast webs need high shutter speeds and controlled light; we bring our own, so a press in the back corner looks as good as one under the skylight.
Most exhibitors book from outside the UAE, and the process runs remotely: hall and stand number by WhatsApp or e-mail, a fixed quote within 24 hours, confirmation in writing. Companies registered outside the EU are invoiced in euro without German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking, 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in the same show week, so no single exhibitor carries the journey, and a multi-day booking makes the share small. Four to six weeks ahead is the comfortable lead time; the 2026 edition is close, so for a short-notice request message us on WhatsApp.
