Big 5 Global is the largest construction event in the region and one of the few four-day shows at Dubai World Trade Centre. Stands range from national pavilions with dozens of tile, stone and fittings producers to single-brand islands showing a full facade system or a piece of site machinery. Materials photograph beautifully when the light is controlled, and badly under mixed hall light, which is why we bring our own.
We plan to be on site for the 2026 edition. With four show days, we recommend concentrating coverage on day one and adding shorter blocks later in the week for interviews and partner visits.
Day one, before opening. The stand as architecture and the materials as surfaces: stone, tile, cladding, glass, fittings, insulation cut-aways, photographed with controlled light so texture and colour read correctly. Large samples and mock-ups are shot as a whole and in detail.
Days one to four, during show hours. Contractors handling samples, engineers at a demonstration rig, your team explaining a system to a developer, agreements signed with new distributors. National pavilions are covered as a whole and each co-exhibitor separately. We record short interviews with management, engineers and partners in English or Arabic.
Evening. First selects and the day-one clip the same evening, cut by the editing team in Germany; the full set and the recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends. If one of your people speaks on a seminar stage, we photograph and film where organiser rules allow.
Exhibitors book from Italy, Türkiye, China, India and the Gulf, and nothing is organised locally on your side: stand number by WhatsApp or e-mail, a fixed quote within 24 hours, confirmation in writing. Invoices are in euro from a German GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover during the Big 5 week, and a four-day show spreads that share thinner than most. Book four to six weeks ahead; later requests work if we are already in the region.
