GITEX Global is the technology week of the region, and 2026 is a special edition: after more than forty years at Dubai World Trade Centre, the exhibition moves to Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City, with the Scale Summit opening the week at DWTC the day before. For exhibitors that means new halls, new routes and no old floor plan to rely on; for a photo crew it means arriving early and walking the venue before the first stand shot.
GITEX stands are built around LED walls, live demos and stage programmes, and the media presence is heavy, which is exactly why your own content matters: the press photographs the giants, nobody photographs your demo unless you arrange it. We plan to be on site for GITEX Global 2026 at both venues.
Summit day, 7 December. If your leadership speaks or signs at the Scale Summit at DWTC, we photograph and film from the audience where organiser rules allow, and deliver selected photos within the hour.
Exhibition day one, before opening. The stand clean at Expo City: LED walls and screens shot at matched shutter speeds to avoid banding, demo stations, product and hardware detail, the stage set.
Days one to four, during show hours. Live demos with visitors, stage sessions on your stand, VIP tours and delegation visits, signings with partners, your team in conversation. We record short interviews with executives, engineers and partners in English or Arabic.
Evening. First selects and the day clip the same evening, cut by the editing team in Germany; the full set and the recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends.
GITEX exhibitors book from Europe, the US, India, China and the Gulf, and the process runs remotely: hall and stand number by e-mail or WhatsApp, a fixed quote within 24 hours, confirmation in writing. Invoices are in euro from a German GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover during the GITEX week, so your travel line is a share of one trip, and small over a four-day exhibition. GITEX is the most requested Gulf week of the year, so book six weeks ahead where possible; later requests work if we are already in Dubai.
