Arab Health became World Health Expo, and the Dubai edition now uses two venues: the main exhibition at Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City and the laboratory and diagnostics community under the WHX Labs name at Dubai World Trade Centre. If your company exhibits in both, or your team moves between them for meetings, plan the road time between Expo City and Sheikh Zayed Road into the day.
Medical stands have their own photographic problems: white surfaces, glossy devices, monitors and ceiling lights that reflect in every housing. Demos on simulators and mannequins need close framing, and many images go through regulatory review before publication, so we keep product claims and labels readable and deliver clean versions without text overlays. We plan to be on site for WHX Dubai 2027.
Monday morning. The show opens at 11:00 on day one, which leaves time for the stand without visitors: devices, product details, screens and branding, lit to control reflections on glossy housings.
Tuesday and Wednesday. The busiest days. Live demos and hands-on workshops with clinicians, your specialists at work, distributor meetings and signings, delegation visits. Short interviews with product managers and key opinion leaders, in English or Arabic.
Across both venues. If you also have a presence in the WHX Labs area at DWTC, we schedule a block there on a separate day or a separate half-day, so no moment is lost in traffic.
Evening. First selects the same evening, full set and recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends, with separate folders for marketing and regulatory review if you need them.
Many WHX exhibitors fly in from Europe, the US, China, Korea, India and Pakistan, and booking runs remotely: venue, hall and stand number by e-mail or WhatsApp, a fixed quote within 24 hours. Invoices are in euro from Pixer GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in that week, which in 2027 also includes IDEX and NAVDEX in Abu Dhabi. Book four to six weeks ahead where possible, so we can plan the crew across both shows.
