Vape brands build some of the loudest stands at Dubai World Trade Centre: LED walls, brand ambassadors, DJs, product walls in every colour, and a constant flow of distributors from Africa, South Asia and the Gulf. The content that works afterwards is fast and vertical. The recap and the 9:16 reels on this page were shot for YOOZ at this show and cut by our editing team in Germany while the crew was still in Dubai.
Beyond YOOZ we have filmed Hayati, izy and Vapes Bars, so the crew knows how the category presents itself and how distributors respond. We plan to be on site again in November 2026.
Day one, before opening. The stand as a set: LED walls tested, product walls filled, ambassadors in position for a short portrait series. Device and packaging shots follow with a small tabletop setup, so your distributors get clean product images with the recap.
Days one to three, during show hours. Ambassadors with visitors, the crowd at the counter, distributors testing devices, your sales team closing. We shoot photo and 9:16 video in parallel and record short statements from management, ambassadors and partners, in English or Arabic.
Evening. First selects and a day-one reel arrive the same evening; the recap film and the remaining vertical clips within 24 hours after coverage ends. Evening brand events, DJ sets and launches around the show are covered by the same crew.
Most vape exhibitors book from Shenzhen, the UK or the Gulf, and the process runs on WhatsApp: stand number, a fixed quote within 24 hours, confirmation in writing. Invoices are in euro from a German GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in the World Vape Show and Automechanika week, so your travel line is a share, and small over two or three show days. Book four to six weeks ahead; a later request works if we are already in Dubai.
