We photograph and film your stand (booth), product displays, tastings, chef demos and buyer meetings, and deliver edited files within 24 hours, so your distributors and social channels get fresh content while the show is still running.

Gulfood is one of the largest food and beverage trade shows in the world, and it now spreads over two venues: Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City. Sectors are split between the two sites, so check which venue your hall is in before you plan meetings, and allow for road time if your team needs to be at both.
Food stands are made for photography: product pyramids, open kitchens, tasting counters, national pavilions in full colour. The difficulty is the crowd. From the first afternoon, aisles are full and stands are busy, so clean product images need to be shot early and the people shots need a crew that can work in a tight space without blocking your counter. We plan to be on site for Gulfood 2027.
Before opening on day one. Product displays, packaging, the stand architecture and any cooking station, photographed without visitors. Individual products on a neutral surface on request, for catalogues and online listings.
Days one to three. The busiest days: tastings, chef demos, buyer meetings, contract signings and visits from trade delegations. Short interviews with your export manager or chef, in English or Arabic, recorded with a radio microphone.
Days four and five. Quieter aisles, good for team portraits, remaining product shots and a calm stand walk-through for your recap film.
Evening. First selects the same evening; the full edited set and recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends.
Gulfood exhibitors travel from Europe, South America, Turkey, India, Pakistan, China and Africa, and booking runs remotely: venue, hall and stand number by e-mail or WhatsApp, a fixed quote within 24 hours. Invoices are in euro from Pixer GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover during the Gulfood week, so over a five-day show your share of the trip stays small. National pavilion organisers can book one crew for several exhibitors. Please book four to six weeks ahead.
