Middle East Energy is the long-running power and energy exhibition of the region, and it is held at Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City. The show floor is heavy equipment: generator sets, switchgear panels, transformers, cable drums, solar modules and storage containers, next to national pavilions from Asia and Europe.
Industrial stands need a different approach from consumer shows: large machines that must be shown as a whole and in detail, nameplates and certificates that buyers want to read, and technical staff explaining products to engineers. Your distributors in the region use these images for months, so we shoot a clean product set as well as the people and meetings. We plan to be on site for Middle East Energy 2027.
Before opening. Machines and panels shot whole and in detail, with even light on metal surfaces, readable nameplates and cable cross-sections. The stand architecture from the aisle.
Show hours. Technical presentations to visitors, your engineers at the equipment, distributor meetings and contract signings, delegation visits. Short interviews with product managers in English or Arabic.
Walk-through film. A calm walk around your stand, product by product, for a recap film that works as a sales tool after the show.
Evening. First selects the same evening; the full set and recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends.
Energy exhibitors come from China, India, Turkey, Europe, Korea and the Gulf, and booking runs remotely: hall and stand number, the products you want featured and the hours you need, a fixed quote within 24 hours. Invoices are in euro from Pixer GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in the Middle East Energy week. Book four to six weeks ahead; national pavilion organisers can book one crew for several exhibitors, with a separate delivery per company. GISEC Global and Arabian Travel Market take place the week before, so a crew already in Dubai can often accept short-notice requests.

Fixed packages in euro, the same as at E-world in Essen. Crew travel and hotel for the week are quoted once and shared between exhibitors booking the same days. No German VAT for companies outside the EU.
