ISM Middle East brings the Cologne sweets and snacks concept to Dubai, and many exhibitors are the same brands we see in Cologne each year, now presenting to Gulf, African and South Asian importers. The stands are colourful, the products are small and the sampling is constant, which suits photo and video: tastings, reactions, shelf-style displays and the handshake with a new distributor.
We plan to be on site for the 2026 edition. If you also exhibit at ISM in Cologne, the same crew can produce both sets in a consistent style for your sales material.
Day one, before opening. The stand as a shelf: product walls, packaging in rows, the tasting counter before the first visitor. Then a short tabletop session for your key products with controlled light, so the same images work for retailer listings and your website.
Days one to three, during show hours. Tastings, buyers reading ingredient labels, your export manager in conversation, a distributor signing a first order. We photograph the team at work and record short interviews with management, agents and buyers, in English or Arabic.
Evening. First selects and the day-one vertical clip arrive the same evening, cut by the editing team in Germany; the full set and the recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends.
Exhibitors book from Germany, Türkiye, Italy, the UK, Asia and the Gulf, and nothing is organised locally on your side: stand number by WhatsApp or e-mail, fixed quote within 24 hours, written confirmation. Invoices are in euro from a German GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover during the Gulfood Manufacturing and ADIPEC week, so the travel line on your quote is a share of one trip. Book four to six weeks ahead; a later request works if we are already in the UAE.
