Automechanika Riyadh is the Saudi sister of Automechanika Dubai and Automechanika Frankfurt, and it has grown into the aftermarket meeting point for a market that is building its own distribution and service networks. The 2027 edition moves to Riyadh Front, with more floor space than before, so returning exhibitors will find a new hall layout and new access routes.
Aftermarket stands are dense: shelving walls of boxed parts, cut-away components, lifts and diagnostic stations, and a lot of handshake meetings with distributors. That is exactly the content your sales team needs afterwards, and the part nobody else photographs for you. We plan to be on site in Riyadh for the show, in the same week as Intersec in Dubai.
Before opening on day one. The empty stand in clean light: product walls, packaging, logo surfaces, cut-away parts and any vehicle on display. Detail shots of the hero products, so your catalogue and online shop get new images from the same trip.
During show hours. Workshop and diagnostic demos with visitors, your team at the counter, distributor meetings and contract signings. Short interviews with your country manager or technical staff, recorded in English or Arabic with a radio microphone.
Busy afternoon slots. Wide shots that show a full stand, taken when traffic peaks, plus vertical clips for Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp status that your Saudi partners can share the same day.
Evening. First selects the same evening; the full edited set and recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends.
Exhibitors at Automechanika Riyadh come from China, Turkey, India, Europe and the Gulf, and our booking runs entirely by e-mail or WhatsApp: hall and stand number, the hours you need, a fixed quote within 24 hours. Invoices are in euro from Pixer GmbH in Germany. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in that show week, including Intersec in Dubai from 12 January. Book four to six weeks ahead, so we can plan flights and the split between Riyadh and Dubai; shorter notice works if a crew member is already in the region.
