Automechanika Dubai is a re-export show: distributors from Africa, Central Asia and the wider Middle East come to Dubai to source parts, and exhibitors from China, Türkiye and Europe come to meet them. Stands range from national pavilions with dozens of co-exhibitors to single-brand islands with a car on a turntable. Chrome, glossy packaging and spotlit parts need controlled light to look the way they do in your catalogue.
We plan to be on site for the 2026 edition at Expo City, the same week as World Vape Show at DWTC, so the crew is in Dubai for several days. If you also exhibit at Automechanika Frankfurt, the same crew produces both in one style.
Day one, before opening. The stand clean: architecture, product walls, the vehicle or demo rig, and tabletop shots of key parts with controlled light so the images work in your catalogue and on marketplaces.
Days one to three, during show hours. Distributors examining parts, a workshop demonstration, your export team in conversation, agreements signed with new agents. National pavilions are photographed as a whole and each co-exhibitor separately. We record short interviews with management, agents and customers in English or Arabic.
Evening. First selects and the day-one clip arrive the same evening, cut in Germany; the full set and the recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends.
Exhibitors book from Guangzhou, Istanbul, Stuttgart or Taipei, and the process runs remotely: stand number by WhatsApp or e-mail, a fixed quote within 24 hours, confirmation in writing. Invoices are in euro from a German GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in the Automechanika and World Vape Show week, so your travel line is a share of one trip. Book four to six weeks ahead; later requests work if we are already in Dubai.
