Beautyworld Middle East is the largest beauty trade event in the region and one of the busiest weeks of the year at Dubai World Trade Centre. Brands arrive from France, Italy, Korea, Türkiye, India and the UAE, stands are built like flagship stores, and the halls are full of hair shows, make-up applications and fragrance sampling.
Glossy packaging, mirrors and coloured LED light need controlled lighting and careful angles. We plan to be on site for the 2026 edition; book early, because beauty exhibitors tend to want the same first-morning slot.
Before opening on day one we photograph the stand as a space: architecture, product walls, counters, the fragrance display before a single tester is picked up. Then the products themselves, lit properly, so the same set works for your website and for retailer presentations after the show.
During show hours the focus moves to people. Brand ambassadors presenting, a make-up artist working on a model, a distributor testing a fragrance, the crowd around a hair demo. We shoot photo and video in parallel and record short interviews with your founder or distributor, in English or Arabic.
By the evening the first edited photos and a day-one vertical clip are in your inbox, cut in your brand colours by the editing team in Germany. A launch, an influencer hour or an evening reception during the week is covered by the same crew.
Everything runs remotely in English or Arabic: stand number by WhatsApp or e-mail, fixed quote within 24 hours, written confirmation. The invoice comes from a German GmbH in euro. Companies outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and accommodation are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover during the Beautyworld week, so the travel line on your quote is a fraction of a flight and hotel, and smaller still over two or three show days. Book four to six weeks ahead; later requests work when we are already in the Gulf.
