Intersec is the regional counterpart to the Frankfurt and Essen security fairs, and many exhibitors are the same companies we photograph at Security Essen, now presenting to Gulf integrators, civil defence and police delegations. Stands mix small products with big demonstrations: camera walls, access gates, fire suppression tests, drones, and uniformed visitors who expect discretion.
Light + Intelligent Building Middle East runs in the same building in the same week, so lighting and building-technology exhibitors can be covered by the same crew. We plan to be on site for Intersec 2027 in January.
Day one, before opening. The stand clean: camera and screen walls shot at matched shutter speeds to avoid banding, access gates, detectors, PPE and drones on the tabletop with controlled light, the demo area set.
Days one to three, during show hours. Live demonstrations with visitors, integrators at the control screen, delegation visits and signings, your team in conversation. Uniformed visitors and officials are photographed only with consent and never identifiably where they do not wish to be. We record short interviews with management, engineers and partners in English or Arabic.
Evening. First selects and the day-one clip the same evening, cut by the editing team in Germany; the full set and the recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends.
Exhibitors book from Germany, the UK, Italy, Türkiye, China, Korea and the Gulf, and the process runs remotely: stand number by WhatsApp or e-mail, a fixed quote within 24 hours, confirmation in writing. Invoices are in euro from a German GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover at Intersec and Light + Intelligent Building Middle East in the same week, so your travel line is a share of one trip. Book four to six weeks ahead, which for January means early December; later requests work if we are already in the region.
