IDEX, the international defence exhibition, and NAVDEX, its naval and maritime security counterpart, run from 25 to 29 January 2027 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. IDEX and NAVDEX take place every two years, and the 2027 edition runs over five days at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. The organisers schedule the International Defence Conference the day before the exhibition opens. The show is built around official delegations: visits are announced at short notice, protocol decides where cameras can stand, and the photo of a delegation at your stand is often the most important image of the week.
Defence exhibitors also have stricter rules than most: some systems may not be photographed at all, some only from certain angles, and nameplates or screens may need to be kept out of frame. We agree those restrictions with your team before the show and work to them. We plan to be on site for IDEX and NAVDEX 2027.
Before opening. The stand without visitors: systems, models, displays and branding, following your list of what may and may not be shown. Clean images for brochures and your press page.
Delegation hours. One crew member stays with your stand manager and follows the visit plan. We photograph arrivals, briefings at the stand and handshakes from positions agreed with protocol, with a second angle for signings.
Throughout the five days. Product presentations, customer meetings where you want them documented, and short interviews with management in English or Arabic, recorded away from the stand noise.
Evening. Delegation and signing photos within the hour on request, first selects the same evening, full set and recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends, delivered by private link only.
IDEX exhibitors come from Europe, Turkey, Pakistan, the US, Asia and the Gulf, and booking runs remotely: hall and stand number, visit plans and photo restrictions by e-mail or WhatsApp, a fixed quote within 24 hours. Invoices are in euro from Pixer GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in that week, which in 2027 also includes WHX Dubai. Book four to six weeks ahead, because badge and media arrangements take time; the crew works under the exhibitor or contractor badges you request for us.

Fixed packages in euro, the same as in Germany. Crew travel and hotel for the week are quoted once and shared between exhibitors at IDEX and WHX Dubai. No German VAT for companies outside the EU.

We agree a list of permitted and excluded items and angles before the show, and your stand manager can stop any shot at any time. Excluded material is not delivered.
For your own stand, the crew works under exhibitor or contractor badges you request. Filming outside your stand or at official ceremonies needs organiser accreditation, which we request through you.
