ADIPEC is protocol-heavy. Ministerial openings, walkthroughs by national oil company leadership and scheduled country-pavilion visits set the rhythm of each day, and the signing of agreements in front of a backdrop is the image most exhibitors want first. The stands themselves are large, technical and often built with models, screens and simulators that need controlled light to photograph well.
We plan to be on site for ADIPEC 2026. Abu Dhabi is about ninety minutes by road from Dubai, and Gulfood Manufacturing runs at Dubai World Trade Centre in the same week, so the crew is in the UAE for several days and the travel share per exhibitor is small.
Day one, before opening. The stand clean: architecture, models, screens and simulators, technology exhibits and the meeting areas. Country pavilions are photographed as a whole and each co-exhibitor separately, scheduled in the same morning.
Days one to four, during show hours. Delegation visits and guided tours, signings with two angles, technical conversations at the exhibits, executive portraits in a quiet corner. For a planned signing, send the time and the names; we are in position early and deliver selected photos within the hour. We record short interviews with management, engineers and partners in English or Arabic.
Conference and evening. If one of your people speaks in the conference programme, we photograph and film from the audience where organiser rules allow. First selects and the day clip arrive the same evening, the full set and the recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends.
ADIPEC exhibitors book from Europe, the US, Asia and the Gulf, and the process runs remotely: hall and stand number by e-mail or WhatsApp, a fixed quote within 24 hours, confirmation in writing. Invoices are in euro from a German GmbH. Companies registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in Abu Dhabi and Dubai during the same week, so your travel line is a share of one journey. Four to six weeks ahead is the comfortable lead time; a later request works if we are already in the UAE.
