The organiser, YOUmarketing, announces more than 300 companies on 50,000 m² of exhibition space, using the East entrance of Fiera Roma. The show covers building, design and living, so stands range from heavy materials and machinery to bathrooms, windows and interior finishes.
Construction products sell on detail: the cross-section of a window profile, the surface of a tile, the mechanism of a system. We shoot those details with our own light, and the people at your stand looking at them.
First morning. The stand empty, room sets and installations, material close-ups for the catalogue and webshop.
Show days. Live installations and demonstrations, architects and installers in conversation with your team, talks in the show programme.
Weekend. EdilexpoRoma runs Thursday to Sunday. Many exhibitors book the busy weekday plus Saturday; tell us which days matter to your sales team.
Fiera Roma lies on Via Portuense between the city and Fiumicino airport. Its nine pillar-free pavilions are joined by a raised walkway, and the FL1 regional line stops at its own station, Fiera di Roma. From Fiumicino the crew is on site in about ten minutes by taxi, so a morning flight still reaches a set-up day. Pavilions at Fiera Roma are wide and high, with hall light that turns stands slightly green on camera. We bring our own light for products, team portraits and interviews.
Booking runs remotely: stand number by WhatsApp or e-mail, a fixed quote within 24 hours, confirmation in writing. Invoices are in euro from a German GmbH. Italian and other EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge, companies outside the EU pay no German VAT. Payment is by invoice or online by credit card, the details are in the quote.
Flights and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in the same show week, so your travel line is a share of one trip. Neither venue publishes a general photo policy; rules come from the organiser's exhibitor manual, which we check for EdilexpoRoma before the show.

Most exhibitors book one or two days. We suggest the first trade day for the clean stand and demonstrations, and the busiest day for people. Several days get one travel line.
Yes. A showroom or a reference project in the city can be added before or after the show days.
Packages start at €990 for two hours on site with at least 30 edited images and a 30-second video. Four hours is €1,490, a full show day €1,990, a two-person crew €2,990 per show day, plus a travel line for the trip that is shared between exhibitors of the same week.
Italian and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice without German VAT. Companies outside the EU are invoiced without German VAT as well.
The photographer uploads during the day and our editing team in Germany works in parallel. Edited photos and the cut video arrive via a private download link within 24 hours after the coverage ends.
Four to six weeks before EdilexpoRoma is ideal, because flights and hotels are planned per show week. Short-notice requests work when the crew is already in Rome.
