Roma Bar Show is organised by RIBS and brings spirits brands, distributors and the bar trade together for two days of tastings, masterclasses and guest shifts. The images that work are close and alive: a pour, a garnish, a bartender talking to the crowd, the bottle in a hand.
Bar light is dark and warm, and the action is fast. We work with our own small lights and fast lenses, so drinks look like they taste and faces stay sharp.
Before the doors open. The bottles, the back bar and signature serves, shot as product images with controlled light.
Masterclasses and guest shifts. Your brand ambassador on stage or behind the bar, filmed with clean audio and close cuts.
Evening. Vertical clips the same evening for Instagram, the full set and recap film within 24 hours.
La Nuvola, the Roma Convention Center designed by Massimiliano Fuksas, stands in the EUR district in the south of Rome, reachable on Metro line B and about half an hour by car from Fiumicino. Exhibition space sits inside a glass and steel shell around the suspended auditorium. Inside La Nuvola daylight from the glass facade mixes with stage and hall light, and it changes through the day. We set white balance per area and light products and interviews ourselves.
Booking runs remotely: stand number by WhatsApp or e-mail, a fixed quote within 24 hours, confirmation in writing. Invoices are in euro from a German GmbH. Italian and other EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge, companies outside the EU pay no German VAT. Payment is by invoice or online by credit card, the details are in the quote.
Flights and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover in the same show week, so your travel line is a share of one trip. Neither venue publishes a general photo policy; rules come from the organiser's exhibitor manual, which we check for Roma Bar Show before the show.

Yes. We bring small lights and fast lenses for drinks and faces, and keep the warm bar mood instead of flattening it with flash.

Packages start at €990 for two hours on site with at least 30 edited images and a 30-second video. Four hours is €1,490, a full show day €1,990, a two-person crew €2,990 per show day, plus a travel line for the trip that is shared between exhibitors of the same week.
Italian and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice without German VAT. Companies outside the EU are invoiced without German VAT as well.
The photographer uploads during the day and our editing team in Germany works in parallel. Edited photos and the cut video arrive via a private download link within 24 hours after the coverage ends.
Four to six weeks before Roma Bar Show is ideal, because flights and hotels are planned per show week. Short-notice requests work when the crew is already in Rome.
