Bologna Marconi airport is served from Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich, and the flight takes around an hour and forty minutes. The Marconi Express monorail reaches the central station in seven minutes, and the fairground is a short taxi ride from there. We arrive the day before your first shooting day and are at the hall before opening; cameras, lights and audio come in our own cases.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, so over a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. The packages are the fixed prices we charge in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Italian and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; non-EU companies pay no German VAT. On the stand we work in English; German, Arabic and Persian are available for interviews and subtitles.
BolognaFiere lies north of the city centre at Piazza della Costituzione, ten minutes from Bologna Centrale by bus or taxi, next to the motorway ring. The halls are grouped around a central spine and a series of courtyards.
The calendar is built around a few very large international shows. Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna in March is the leading cosmetics and beauty fair, with brands from Asia, the Gulf and the Americas that need images of their stand for distributors at home. Cersaie in late September covers ceramic tiles and bathroom furnishings, EIMA International in November of even years covers agricultural machinery, Marca in January is the private-label show for retail, and the Bologna Children's Book Fair in spring adds publishers and illustrators. The halls are mostly artificially lit, so we bring light for the stand architecture before opening.
The first morning is for the clean stand: wide views, graphics, product walls, display cases and detail. At Cosmoprof that means packaging and textures, at Cersaie surfaces and lighting, at EIMA machines large enough to need a step ladder. Once visitors arrive we follow your team in real conversations and demonstrations, and those images are online the same evening. On later days we record interviews with your leadership, agents or customers, shoot product close-ups in the quieter early afternoon and cover any dinner or launch in the city. Footage is uploaded during the day and cut in Germany while the shooter is still in Bologna, so a short recap goes out mid-show and the full film within 24 hours after the show day ends.
Architecture, graphics and product detail before opening, then atmosphere all day.
Real meetings and demos instead of posed groups. No sales conversation is interrupted.
A 30- to 90-second film per show day for LinkedIn, Instagram and your website, vertical versions included.
Leadership, agents or customers on radio mics, subtitled in EN, DE, AR or FA.
Close-ups of cosmetics, tiles, machinery or food products on the stand for catalogues and online shops.
Edited photos and finished video via private download link within 24 hours after the show day ends.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.

No. Our working languages are English, German, Arabic and Persian; on the stand and with venue staff we work in English. Interviews and subtitles are available in all four.
