For a Pakistani exporter, sending your own photographer to Germany means an extra Schengen visa application with its own waiting time, plus flights, hotel nights and camera equipment through customs. The stand (booth) team is usually small and busy with buyers from the first hour; nobody has time to take photos between meetings, and phone pictures rarely show a product the way a buyer needs to see it.
Pixer is based in Essen, directly at Messe Essen, and works at every major German venue, including Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Cologne. The on-site team is two to three people; the editing team works remotely during the show. We know the halls and the exhibitor rules, and we work around your sales conversations rather than interrupting them.
Home textile manufacturers, from towels and bed linen to made-ups, go to Heimtextil in Frankfurt in January. Surgical instrument makers exhibit at MEDICA in Düsseldorf in November, and dental instrument makers at IDS in Cologne, held every two years in March. Makers of work gloves and protective clothing go to A+A in Düsseldorf, every two years in October, and fitness accessories and sportswear to FIBO in Cologne in April.
Handicrafts, marble and onyx products, salt lamps and home décor go to Ambiente in Frankfurt at the turn of January and February. Rice, spice and food exporters go to Anuga in Cologne, every two years in October, and organic producers to BIOFACH in Nuremberg in February. Mango and citrus exporters meet the fresh-produce trade at FRUIT LOGISTICA in Berlin in February, and auto parts suppliers go to Automechanika in Frankfurt, every two years in September.
Pakistani companies are outside the EU, so the invoice from Pixer GmbH carries no German VAT. It is in euro and paid by bank transfer: 50 percent on booking, which secures the date, and 50 percent on the show day. If your bank asks for a proforma invoice or a signed quotation before releasing an international payment, we send both with the quote, so the transfer is not held up.
Prices are fixed: Trade Fair Basic €990 for two hours with 30+ edited photos, a 30-second highlight video and one vertical clip; Professional €1,490 for four hours; Full Day €1,990 for eight hours with interviews and a 90-second film. Travel within North Rhine-Westphalia is included; for Frankfurt, Berlin or Nuremberg it is quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week.
Everything runs in English, which your export team already uses with European buyers. We do not speak Urdu. What we add is Arabic and Persian: if your buyers or distributors are in the Gulf, we interview Arabic-speaking partners who visit your stand in Arabic and subtitle your own interviews in Arabic. Persian helps with partners from Persian-speaking markets. Because we already produce Arabic and Persian subtitles, right-to-left text in video is routine for us, which also helps when you want Urdu captions: we arrange the translation and your team proofreads before the final version.
Buyers want to see the product properly: the stitching on a glove, the finish on a surgical instrument, the weave of a towel. We photograph key products in controlled light and deliver them with stand, team and conversation photos for catalogues, your website, LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp. If your participation is part of a national pavilion or a supported programme, tell us, and we include clear wide shots with your company name and stand number visible for the paperwork.
Germany is three hours behind Pakistan in summer and four in winter. First selected photos usually go out the same evening German time; the complete edited set and the highlight video follow within 24 hours after the coverage ends, before you fly back.
