Protective clothing is a textile product with technical properties, and both have to show in the picture: the colour of high-visibility fabric without neon distortion, reflective tape without blowing out, seams, zips and reinforcements in detail. Under the hall lighting of Messe Düsseldorf, warning orange and yellow quickly drift into the unnatural. We work with our own controlled light source and calibrate colours on the stand so your collection looks the way it does in the catalogue.
Gloves, safety glasses, helmets and respirators are small, often shiny objects. For them we set up a compact product station: neutral background, polarising filter against reflections on visors and coatings, the same perspective for every size and variant.
A+A is a show of demonstrations: fall arrest on towers, cut protection on test rigs, exoskeletons in motion, collections on the catwalk. Such moments need video more than photography. We film demonstrations from two positions and cut a 30-second highlight that shows what the product does — vertical for LinkedIn, landscape for your website.
If you speak at the A+A Congress or on one of the trade stages, you get speaker and audience from several positions and, on request, the full recording with audio from the mixing desk. On the stand we photograph consultations with safety officers without flash and conduct short interviews with a radio mic.
Tuesday and Wednesday are the strongest days for trade conversations; for stand overviews and product shots without visitors we use the hour before opening. If your collection is shown on the catwalk, we plan the time window around the appearance. Friday is quieter and suits team portraits and detail shots.
More than half of the visitors and a large share of exhibitors come from abroad. Interviews and the whole engagement run in English, and we deliver clips with subtitles. And because A+A only takes place every two years, plan stand images, product ranges and customer voices for two years of use.
