Most Turkish companies come to Germany with one clear goal: meet European buyers, importers and distributors in one place within a few days. Which show is right depends less on its size than on who walks the aisles. The table lists German fairs for the industries in which Turkish exporters are typically active.
| Industry | Fair | City |
|---|---|---|
| Home textiles, towels, bed linen, curtains | Heimtextil | Frankfurt |
| Automotive parts and aftermarket | Automechanika | Frankfurt |
| Food, dried fruit, nuts, pasta, oils | Anuga | Cologne |
| Confectionery, biscuits, snacks | ISM | Cologne |
| Fresh fruit and vegetables | FRUIT LOGISTICA | Berlin |
| Bathroom, ceramics, heating, installation | ISH | Frankfurt |
| Furniture components and materials | interzum | Cologne |
| Building materials, windows, facades | BAU | Munich |
| Housewares, glass, tableware | Ambiente | Frankfurt |
Several of these shows do not take place every year. Check the next dates in our trade fair calendar before you plan budgets and visas. If you are torn between two shows, ask your most important European customers which one they actually visit.
Many Turkish companies exhibit within a national or sector pavilion organised by an exporters' association or an agency. That saves effort with stand construction and logistics, but it changes what your photos can show.
If your participation is supported by a state or sector programme, check whether photos of your stand are required as documentation and what they must show, for example the company name, the product display and the hall. The organising association can tell you. We take these documentation pictures first thing on the first show day, before the stand gets busy.
At Pixer we handle the whole job in English or German: briefing, coordination on the stand, interviews and approval. Subtitles in English and German are part of our standard work. Colleagues at head office who prefer to read in Turkish will find an overview of our services on our Turkish page.
In practice, Turkish exhibitors often have more language options than they expect. Many teams include colleagues from a German subsidiary or a German distributor who speak German fluently. That makes a simple plan possible:
If you need Turkish subtitles, tell us when you book. In every case, a native speaker from your team should read the final Turkish text before it goes online.
A show in Germany produces material for several audiences at once: head office, sales and dealer networks at home, export customers and sometimes the association that supported your participation. Each needs something slightly different.
Türkiye is one hour ahead of Germany in summer and two hours ahead in winter. Photos we send in the late afternoon reach Istanbul, Izmir or Bursa while the office is still working. The edited highlight video follows within 24 hours after the show ends, while buyers still remember your stand (booth).
Türkiye is not a member of the EU, and the customs union does not change the VAT treatment of services. If your company in Türkiye books, our invoice is issued without German VAT. Send us the full company name, address and tax number exactly as they should appear on the invoice.
Two situations need clarifying before you book:
Our prices are fixed: Trade Fair Basic €990, Professional €1,490 and Full Day €1,990, plus VAT where it applies. Usage rights are unlimited, so head office, dealers and partners can use the material without further fees.
Appointments for Schengen visas can take time in busy seasons, so start early. Our guide to visas and travel for German fairs explains the steps.
Heimtextil, Automechanika, Anuga, ISH or BAU: choose the show your European buyers actually visit.
In a national pavilion, frame your logo and products clearly and ask what the pavilion photographer delivers.
If a support programme requires stand photos, clarify what they must show and take them first.
We handle English and German. Turkish interviews are led by a colleague from your team.
Photos sent in the German afternoon reach head office in Türkiye during office hours.
Bookings by your company in Türkiye are invoiced without German VAT. A German subsidiary pays German VAT.
We work in English and German, and we conduct interviews and write subtitles in English, German, Arabic and Persian. For a Turkish-language interview, a colleague from your team asks the questions while we handle camera and sound. If you need Turkish subtitles, tell us when you book.
Not if your company in Türkiye books, because Türkiye is outside the EU. If your German subsidiary books, German VAT applies.
Yes. We concentrate on your stand area, your products and your conversations, and frame the pictures so that your company is clearly recognisable.
For towels, bed linen, curtains and decorative fabrics, Heimtextil in Frankfurt is the obvious choice. For other textile segments, check which show your European buyers visit.
Usually a first selection on the same day. The full selection and the edited videos follow within 24 hours after the show ends.
No. A local crew saves flights, hotel and equipment transport, and it knows the halls. Travel within NRW is included; for other German cities, travel is quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week.
Exhibiting at a German fair with your team from Türkiye? Send us the show, the hall and the dates, and we will plan photos, interviews and clips for head office and your export customers.
We reply within 24 hours. During a show week, WhatsApp is fastest.
