At Bar Convent Berlin stands are deliberately dark: bar lighting, backlit shelves, candles. For the camera that means high sensitivity, a wide aperture and a photographer who does not destroy the mood with flash. We work with available light and add only spot fill, so bottle and label are legible and the stand looks the way it does for your guests.
Bottles and glassware are the second task. They mirror every light source in the hall. We choose position and angle so label and liquid are visible without distracting reflections, and additionally photograph your range as a line-up against a calm background on the stand — for price lists, distributor decks and your online shop.
A drink comes together in 30 seconds — exactly the length of the highlight video we deliver on the show day. We film your bartender mixing with attention to hands, ice and pour, vertical for Instagram and LinkedIn and horizontal for your website. Tastings and masterclasses on the stand are documented without interruption, focusing on reactions and conversation.
If your master distiller or brand ambassador speaks on one of the stages, we photograph talk and audience and take audio from the mixing desk on request. Short statements from bartenders and importers in different countries, recorded with radio mics, are the material your sales team uses to approach new markets.
Monday and Tuesday run until 19:00 and bring the most trade visitors and importer appointments; Wednesday closes at 17:00 and is quieter. We recommend a four-hour package on Monday or Tuesday, starting in the hour before opening for clean stand and range shots, then tastings, conversations and interviews. If you need the evening mood with a full counter, place the time window in the late afternoon.

Yes. We photograph at high sensitivity and wide aperture in available light and add only spot fill so labels stay legible. The mood of your stand is preserved.
Monday or Tuesday: the most trade visitors, opening until 19:00 and the hour before opening for range and stand shots. Wednesday is quieter and suits team and product sessions.
Yes. We photograph your bottles as a line-up against a calm background right on the stand, in consistent light and angle. For cut-out product shots we recommend a separate studio session.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
